6-8wk COURSES
Groove Zone is the only studio where adults can begin their dance journey alongside others starting at the same level in a structured 6-8wk Course.
All enrolled course students receive weekly rehearsal videos and access to personal feedback from their instructor.
Committing to a course and seeing the same faces each week allows you to immerse yourself in a friendly and supportive community.
Each course wraps up with a group photo and a video of your routine to celebrate your achievements.
🔹 Level 1 students also receive a Completion Certificate at the end of their course.
🔹 Level 2 and above may be invited to perform their routine at public performance opportunities or Groove Zone showcases, where they can share their success with friends and family.
🔹 Music Video Course students receive a professionally filmed video of their routine, captured with professional lighting by a professional videographer.
FUNDAMENTALS - LVL 1
Level 1
Absolute Beginner
Level 1 is all about building confidence, rhythm, and foundational grooves in a fun, judgment-free space. You’ll improve coordination, gain dance-floor confidence and develop muscle memory with an easy-to-follow routine designed for total beginners.
No public performances like other levels. Just laughs and celebrating the small wins along the way.
BUILD A ROUTINE- L2 or L3
Level 2
Beginner
Step up from Level 1! Level 2 focuses on choreography to build a routine. Students should already be confident with foundational hip hop grooves learned in Level 1—similar to a standard beginner class.
Level 3 & 4
Intermediate/ Semi Pro
Designed for experienced dancers. More intricate choreography, faster pacing, and higher commitment. Ideal for those seeking performance opportunities with a focused, supportive team environment.
