Adult Beginner Hip Hop Dance Classes in Sydney

6-8wk COURSES

Groove Zone is the only studio where adults can begin their dance journey alongside others at the same starting point in a structured 6–8wk course.

All students receive weekly rehearsal videos and access to personal feedback from their instructor.

Committing to a course and seeing the same faces each week allows you to immerse yourself in a friendly and supportive community.

Each course wraps up with a group photo and a video of your routine to celebrate your achievements.

🔹 Level 1 students also receive a Completion Certificate at the end of their course.

🔹 Level 2 and above may be invited to outside performance opportunities, Video Courses or Groove Zone showcases. These are professionally filmed so students can share their success with family and friends.

FUNDAMENTALS - LVL 1

Level 1 (absolute Beginner) is all about building confidence, rhythm, and foundational grooves in a fun, judgment-free space. You’ll develop muscle memory, improve coordination, and gain dance-floor confidence with an easy-to-follow routine designed for total beginners.

No Performance or filming.

BUILD A ROUTINE- LVL 2, LVL 3, LVL 4

🔹 Level 2 (Advanced Beginner): A step up from Level 1, this level is all about choreography. Routines are more complex and taught at a quicker pace, so students should already be comfortable with foundational grooves. This class is equivalent to a standard beginner class.

🔹 Level 3 & 4 (Intermediate): Designed for dancers with experience. Expect faster routines, more intricate movement & more committment. This level is perfect for those looking for performance opportunities with a committed team.
