GROOVE ZONE LEVELS:

Hip Hop Level 1 (Absolute Beginner)

Hip Hop Level 1.5 (Beginner)

Hip Hop Level 2 (Advanced Beginner)

8wk COURSE DETAILS

Groove Zone is the only studio where adults can begin their dance journey alongside others at the same starting point.

All students receive weekly class rehearsal videos and access to personal feedback from their instructor.

Committing to a Course and seeing the same faces each week, means you can Immerse yourself in a friendly and supportive community.

Each course wraps up with a group photo and a video of your routine to celebrate your achievements.

🔹 Level 1 students also receive a Completion Certificate at the end of their course.

🔹 Level 1.5 and above are invited to perform their routine at our end-of-term showcase at Co-Lab Studios in Newtown, where they can share their success with family and friends.

Performers also receive a live performance video, captured with professional lighting and an enthusiastic audience cheering them on!

FUNDAMENTALS - LVL 1

For the ADULT ABSOLUTE BEGINNER

Level 1 (absolute Beginner) is all about building confidence, rhythm, and foundational grooves in a fun, judgment-free space. You’ll develop muscle memory, improve coordination, and gain dance-floor confidence with an easy-to-follow routine designed for total beginners.

Level 1.5 (Beginner) Routines are still Groove based, but this group will be invited to perform at our end of term Performance.

BUILD A ROUTINE- LVL 2 & LVL 3

For the ADVANCED BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE

🔹 Level 2 (Advanced Beginner): A step up from Level 1, this level is all about choreography. Routines are more complex and taught at a quicker pace, so students should already be comfortable with foundational grooves. This class is equivalent to a standard beginner class.

🔹 Level 3 (Intermediate): Designed for dancers with experience. Expect faster routines, more intricate movement & more committment. This level is perfect for those looking for performance opportunities with a committed team.
